Tips & Substitutions

For added flavor, consider substituting vegetable broth for water and bouillon. You can also use any seasonal vegetables you have on hand, such as zucchini or bell peppers. To enhance the crunch, try adding crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat. This dish pairs beautifully with Cajun Chow Mein for a complete meal.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the Crunchy Vegetable Medley as a vibrant side dish alongside grilled meats or as a light vegetarian main course. It complements well with roasted chicken or Pork Tender Steak. For a complete meal, consider pairing it with a grain like quinoa or brown rice.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm in a skillet over medium heat until heated through, adding a splash of water if needed to maintain moisture. Avoid reheating in the microwave, as it can make the vegetables soggy.
