Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cauliflower
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 8 carrots
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups cooked and cubed ham, turkey or chicken
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs (optional)
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip or your favorite dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, and tomatoes. Place the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Grate carrots and add to the vegetable mixture.
  3. Stir in grated Cheddar cheese and cooked, cubed ham, turkey, or chicken.
  4. If adding hard-boiled eggs, slice them and mix into the vegetables.
  5. Mix everything with Miracle Whip or your favorite dressing.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers or toast.
