Ingredients

  • 3 qt. chicken stock
  • 4 or 5 celery stalks
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 lb. frozen peas
  • 1/4 lb. cut green beans
  • 1/4 lb. corn
  • 1 c. hot milk
  • 1 c. melted margarine

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken stock, celery, carrots, and onion in a pot and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add frozen peas, green beans, and corn to the soup and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of hot milk to finish the soup.
