Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped ground ham
  • 1 c. fresh soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped ground ham and fresh soft bread crumbs in a bowl.
  2. Saute the chopped onion and chopped celery in 1 tablespoon of margarine until wilted.
  3. Mix the sauteed vegetables with the ham and bread crumb mixture to form patties or a mixture ready for shaping.
