Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium onions chopped
  • 1/4 green pepper chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 1 (5 oz) package medium noodles cooked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 lb can whole tomatoes
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz) package Cracker Barrel cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef.
  2. Cook the beef with chopped onions and green pepper until done.
  3. Drain part of the grease off.
  4. Add half of both cheeses and all other ingredients to the skillet.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 45 minutes before serving.
