Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
  • 16 oz. cooked egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onion, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic powder, and beef bouillon; cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and simmer the mixture.
  4. Mix cornstarch, soy sauce, and sugar together and stir into the turkey mixture.
  5. Simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Pour the turkey mixture over cooked egg noodles and serve.
