Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. oat bran
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1/2 c. beef bouillon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. allspice
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Brown the chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground turkey, and ground pork.
  3. Add the browned onions, bread crumbs, oat bran, beef bouillon, eggs, salt, pepper, allspice, oregano, and paprika to the meat mixture.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into two loaves and place them in an 8-inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 60 minutes or until cooked through.
