Ingredients

  • vinegar
  • oakfarms butter
  • pepper
  • soy sauce
  • tuna
  • mushroom
  • non-caloric sweetener
  • pineapple syrup
  • cornstarch
  • rice
  • pineapple
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pineapple, butter, and 1/3 cup pineapple syrup for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine cornstarch and remaining 1/3 cup syrup to make a thin paste.
  3. Gradually stir the cornstarch mixture into the pineapple mixture.
  4. Add soy sauce, vinegar, and non-caloric sweetener.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and smooth.
  6. Add tuna, mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
  7. Heat well.
  8. Prepare Durand's quick rice.
  9. Place rice in a deep platter.
  10. Top with pineapple mixture.
  11. Serve at once.
