Mom'S Broccoli Quiche

- Prick the bottom and sides of the frozen pie crust with a fork.
- Bake the pie crust in a 450°F oven for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
- Spread half of the chopped broccoli over the Parmesan cheese.
- Add half of the shredded Swiss cheese and half of the chopped green onions on top.
- Repeat with the remaining broccoli, Swiss cheese, and green onions.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and salt to the beaten eggs.
- Mix well until combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli in the pie crust.
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 325°F and bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
- Check the quiche doneness by inserting a butter knife in the center.
