Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 can chicken rice soup
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can peas
  • 1/2 cup raw rice
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • chow mein noodles
  • cashew nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except noodles and nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and cashew nuts.
  5. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until crispy and golden.
