Ingredients

  • 4 (6 oz.) boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. cream
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley

Instructions

  1. Saute chicken breasts, sliced bell peppers, and onion in oil and butter until cooked through.
  2. Add cream, half and half, parsley, and Parmesan cheese; reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
  3. Toss with cooked fettucine pasta until evenly coated.
  4. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
