Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar

  • 3 c. flour

  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Beat together until thick and creamy eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
  3. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Stir gently until just blended.
