Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sirloin beef
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 1/2 cups bias cut celery
  • 3/4 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 pepper, cut in strips
  • 4 oz. mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Fry beef in oil with onion; add vegetables and sauté.
