The Everything Cookie
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed ⓘ
- 1/2 cup honey ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon molasses ⓘ
- 2 eggs ⓘ
- 1/2 cup peanut butter ⓘ
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree ⓘ
- 1/2 cup powdered milk ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking powder ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup oat bran or 1/2 cup oat flour ⓘ
- 1/2 cup kamut flour ⓘ
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour ⓘ
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup wheat germ ⓘ
- 1/2 cup raisins ⓘ
- 1 cup nuts (or seeds) ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, molasses, pumpkin, and peanut butter in a bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix them well.
- If it is too stiff, add a little water.
- Add the chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts and mix well.
- If is is too stiff, add a little water.
- Drop onto a cookie sheet you have sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
