Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup oat bran or 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup kamut flour
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup nuts (or seeds)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix the mashed bananas, eggs, honey, molasses, pumpkin, and peanut butter in a bowl.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix them well.
  4. If it is too stiff, add a little water.
  5. Add the chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts and mix well.
  6. If is is too stiff, add a little water.
  7. Drop onto a cookie sheet you have sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
