Wok Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. oil ⓘ
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped celery ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped celery cabbage ⓘ
- 1 c. chopped broccoli ⓘ
- 1 chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1 can bamboo shoots ⓘ
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. ginger ⓘ
- 1 oz. soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water ⓘ
Instructions
- Heat oil in wok to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the vegetables in sequence, adding each as it becomes tender.
- Push cooked vegetables up on the sides of the wok as they finish.
