Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 1 c. chopped celery cabbage
  • 1 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. monosodium glutamate
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1 oz. soy sauce
  • 1 beef bouillon, dissolved in 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in wok to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the vegetables in sequence, adding each as it becomes tender.
  3. Push cooked vegetables up on the sides of the wok as they finish.
