Instructions
- Cook and stir ground beef, onion, and garlic in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until beef is brown; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients, except tortillas, egg, and margarine.
- Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
