Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 1 tsp. dry mustard ⓘ
- 3/4 c. water ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. oil ⓘ
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 c. catsup ⓘ
- 1/2 green bell pepper ⓘ
- 1 small can tomato paste ⓘ
- 1 clove garlic, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. paprika ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar ⓘ
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 tsp. salt ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in hot oil in a skillet and discard excess fat.
- Put the remaining ingredients into a slow cooker.
- Add the cooked meat to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Spoon the mixture into warm hamburger buns or serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles.
