Ingredients
- 8 oz. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls ⓘ
- 2 whole chicken breasts ⓘ
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1 large onion ⓘ
- 1 large green bell pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives ⓘ
- 10 1/2 oz. can pizza sauce with cheese ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano ⓘ
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
- Press the triangles into a lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, covering it completely.
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until no longer pink.
- Add sliced onion, green bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender.
- Spread the pizza sauce with cheese evenly over the prepared crescent crust.
- Distribute cooked chicken and vegetables over the sauce.
- Sprinkle sliced olives, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, and garlic salt on top.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
