Ingredients

  • 8 oz. refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green bell pepper
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives
  • 10 1/2 oz. can pizza sauce with cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Separate the crescent rolls into 8 triangles.
  2. Press the triangles into a lightly oiled 12-inch pizza pan, covering it completely.
  3. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until no longer pink.
  5. Add sliced onion, green bell pepper, and sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until tender.
  6. Spread the pizza sauce with cheese evenly over the prepared crescent crust.
  7. Distribute cooked chicken and vegetables over the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle sliced olives, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, and garlic salt on top.
  9. Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly over the toppings.
  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
