- 2 tablespoons dry sherry ⓘ
- 1 cup cooked ham, cut in strips ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento

Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook the chopped onion in butter until tender.
