Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom gravy
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 cup cooked ham, cut in strips
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
  • cooked noodles

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook the chopped onion in butter until tender.
  2. Blend in the mushroom gravy, water, shredded Cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and dry sherry.
  3. Heat until the cheese melts, stirring often.
  4. Add cooked ham, chopped parsley, and chopped pimiento.
  5. Heat the mixture, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve over cooked noodles.
