  • 1 lb noodles
  • 1 c white wine (Zinfandel)
  • 1 dash basil

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or wok on high heat.
  2. Melt the margarine in the skillet.
  3. Add chopped onion, red pepper, and green pepper; sauté to your liking.
  4. Add chopped mushrooms and cook until tender.
  5. Push the vegetables to the side and fry the chopped chicken breast until cooked through.
  6. Mix the cooked chicken with the vegetables.
  7. Stir in Grey Poupon mustard and cook for a moment.
  8. Pour in white wine and stir to combine.
  9. Add oregano and basil, then mix well.
  10. Let the mixture simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
  11. Preheat the oven to broil at 350°F.
  12. Cover the skillet with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  13. Top with diced tomato and parsley for decoration.
  14. Place under the broiler or let the cheese melt in the electric wok.
  15. Broil for 2 to 4 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
