Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oleo
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 10 oz frozen peas, defrosted
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 1/2 cup Minute rice

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onions and cook, stirring, until tender but not browned.
  3. Stir in frozen peas, milk, cream of chicken soup, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  5. Stir in drained tuna, minute rice, and parsley.
  6. Cover the skillet, remove from heat, and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
