Ingredients

  • 12 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 (6.5 oz.) cans tuna
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 clove garlic
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 4 stuffed olives
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat butter, garlic, and green pepper in a skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate the flour, salt, and paprika into the skillet and cook briefly.
  4. Remove from heat and gradually blend in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, celery soup, and milk, cooking until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, stuffed olives, tuna, and cooked spaghetti.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle the top with melted butter, bread crumbs, and grated cheese.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  9. Garnish with boiled eggs and paprika before serving.
