- 1 tomato, diced ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce ⓘ
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1 medium diced onion ⓘ
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 head lettuce, shredded ⓘ
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil ⓘ
- 8 oz. flaked cooked fish ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts ⓘ
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots ⓘ
- 1/4 c. chopped red cabbage
- 1/4 c. diagonally sliced green onions ⓘ
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery ⓘ
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts ⓘ
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts ⓘ
Instructions
- To make the dressing, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, taco sauce, tomato sauce, diced onion, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
- Add the shredded lettuce, cooked fish, sliced water chestnuts, sliced carrots, chopped red cabbage, sliced green onions, and sliced celery to the bowl.
- Toss everything together with the dressing until well coated.
- Top the salad with shredded Cheddar cheese, corn chips, and bean sprouts.
- Serve immediately.
