Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • corn chips
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 8 oz. flaked cooked fish
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 c. chopped red cabbage
  • 1/4 c. diagonally sliced green onions
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. bean sprouts
  • 1/2 c. bean sprouts

Instructions

  1. To make the dressing, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, taco sauce, tomato sauce, diced onion, and minced garlic in a large bowl.
  2. Add the shredded lettuce, cooked fish, sliced water chestnuts, sliced carrots, chopped red cabbage, sliced green onions, and sliced celery to the bowl.
  3. Toss everything together with the dressing until well coated.
  4. Top the salad with shredded Cheddar cheese, corn chips, and bean sprouts.
  5. Serve immediately.
